OBITUARY
Harry Wallace
Services for Harry Wallace, 79, 1817 Beech Drive, retired treasurer of Montana Flour Mills, will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Croxford's Chapel with the Reverend Reid Seastrand officiating. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
Wallace died Tuesday evening, December 30, 1980 in a local hospital. He was born at Westville, New Jersey and attended schools there before moving to Montana in 1915. He was married to Mollie Rustvold in July 3, 1935 in Great Falls. When he retired from Montana Flour Mills as treasurer in April 1966, Wallace had been employed there more than 33 years.
He was an active member of the YMCA most of his life and had been an outstanding handball player. Wallace was state handball singles' champion in 1938 and held the state doubles' championship four different years. He had also been a member of the "Y" gymnastics team. Wallace was an avid hunter and fisherman, was a golf enthusiast and a member of Meadow Lark Country Club.
His wife survives with one son, Robert Harry Wallace, of Wallace, Idaho; three grandchildren; and one sister, E. Ruth Webster, Great Falls.
